After nearly a 25 year hiatus from Tulsa, the Tulsa Great 
Raft Race made a come back to Tulsa on Labor Day. The original race ran from 1973 to 1991, and at it’s peak had 600 rafts with 4500 racers! The race is a 9-mile stretch of the Arkansas River starting in Sand Springs and finishing on the West bank in Tulsa.
The M&M Lumber Tiki Deck was one of the rafts in this years race and we had a great time! Not only did the raft float the 9 miles, the paddle wheel worked (after a tweak or two) the 9 miles too!
